Foreclosure Property Cleanouts
Bank-owned and pre-sale properties cleared and swept, on the timeline the closing needs.
Clearing a Property Nobody Left Tidy
A foreclosed property is rarely emptied on the way out. What is left behind is somebody else’s furniture, somebody else’s belongings, and often a yard that has not been touched in months.
We clear the whole property so it can be listed, inspected, or handed over. Send photos of each area and tell us the date it has to be clear, and we come back with a scope built around that date.
Access is usually the first question on these jobs. If the property is locked, tell us how the Krewe gets in and whether anyone needs to be on site.

Working a Foreclosed Property
These jobs raise more questions about access and timing than about volume.
No. As long as we have access to the property and a clear understanding of what needs to be removed, you do not have to be present. We can provide photos when the cleanout is complete.
Yes. Let us know the date the property has to be clear and we will schedule the work around it.
Tell us before we start. Anything that needs to be set aside rather than hauled has to be identified up front, and we will work around it.
Yes. Overgrowth, dumped debris, and whatever has collected outside can go in the same job. Include the outside in your photos so it is in the estimate.
Send us photos of what needs to be removed and let us know when the property needs to be cleared. Estimates are free for local residents. For larger more detailed cleanouts, an in-person estimate may be recommended for accurate pricing.
How a Foreclosure Cleanout Runs
Send photos of every room and the outside, and tell us the date the property has to be clear.
The crew works room by room rather than grabbing whatever is nearest the door, so nothing gets missed behind a wardrobe or in a closet.
We sweep before we leave. A property that is empty but gritty does not photograph well and does not hand over well.
