Do you take appliances from upstairs?

Yes. We can remove appliances and heavy items from upstairs. Stairs may require additional labor, and multiple flights of stairs may result in an additional labor charge. Let us know when requesting your quote so we can come prepared.

Do I need to disconnect it first?

Often we can. Washers, dryers, dishwashers and many other appliances are no trouble for us to unhook. If you are elderly, or simply cannot manage it yourself, say so when you book and we will do what we can to help. Tell us what is involved up front so we arrive with the right tools.

What about really awkward items like hot tubs or pianos?

Absolutely. We handle oversized, heavy, and awkward items too. Send us a few photos of the item and the path to access it so we can determine the safest and most efficient way to remove it. Additional labor or equipment charges may apply depending on the job.

Will you damage the door frame?

Our teams are insured, but preventing damage is our priority. We use the proper equipment and manpower to safely remove heavy or awkward items while protecting your walls, floors, and door frames.

How do I get a price?
