No. Plenty of people sort as we go, and that is usually faster than trying to do it alone the night before. If you would rather have everything decided in advance, that works too. Tell us which way you want to run it when you book.
Then it stays. Nothing goes on the trailer that you have not cleared, and if something is already loaded and you change your mind, we will pull it back off. Check for documents, photographs, and anything of value before we haul — once material leaves the property it is not practical to recover individual items from it.
No. Plenty of landlords and out-of-town family let us in and check the photos afterwards. If you would rather walk it with us, that works too. Tell us which when you book.
No. We’ll remove it from wherever it sits. However, discounted curbside pickup may be available when items are placed outside and ready to load before we arrive.
